Default More Low End Power

Recently bought an 07 Dakota 4x4 with the 4.7l flex and I just hit 56k miles today, it wasn't drove a lot by previous owner. I've noticed it doesn't have a ton of low end power to get off the line with. Not that its slow, but the pull is a pretty long one for first gear. Any suggestions for getting it up there fairly cheap? Would running the e85 fuel make a difference?

I've read about doing a cam swap but how intensive is that? This is my daily and will continue to be for a while. Would a swap to the HO cams and a custom tune do me good? Are there other things that could help me out too?

Looking at doing an exhaust system as well. Maybe an air intake too. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Gunnar

Tuner, larger throttle body, open up the exhaust, electric fan. Don't bother with a cam swap. More trouble than it's worth.
