Default Looking to upgrade gears

With the performance upgrades I'll be doing to the truck; throttle body, e-fan, y pipe, exhaust, superchips tuner, I'm looking to upgrade the gears in the front and rear as well.

Currently the truck has 3.55 gears. Its my daily driver and I tow often with it but not regularly. I have a cap on so anytime I go to haul something, I use a trailer. But I can go from no trailer for a couple months to hauling one every weekend for a month. All just depends on what I have going on.

What gears would you guys recommend that will best suit the upgrades and use of the vehicle?

What size tires came stock, and what size tires do you want to run?

Not positive on what came stock, the spare is a 235/75/16. When I go the truck it had 245/75 16s, and that's what I have on it now. Next week I'm putting on 265/75 16s all terrains with the monroe quick strut up front and the monroe self adjusting shocks in the rear

3.55s won't be real bad with those tires..... 3.92s would probably be a nice improvement, but, not sure it would be worth the expense...... I have 265's on my older 3/4 ton, with 3.55 gears, and it's actually not that bad. I have 33's on the newer truck, with 4.56 gears.... and towing isn't fun at freeway speeds... the engine is positively screaming. (and of course, fuel economy drops into single digits......)
