I'm having a problem with my A/C fan blowing speed. The force of air coming from the vents is very low. It's caused the system to freeze up on longer drive times. Mechanics tell me to check the cabin air filter. The Dakota doesn't have an internal filter. I figure something is clogged and blocking air flow. Where do I look to clear this out? I have the Haynes manual, and it says nothing about a filter or debris catcher that can be cleaned.
