Gary-L's 2007 Dakota 4x4

Just arrived today from Albuquerque and still has some New Mexico dust in the glovebox. Overall, not bad for a 19-year-old truck with 105k miles on it. The A/C blows cold and it runs pretty nice. The headliner is sagging, but I've redone a headliner before so no biggie. I plan to make a list of typical used vehicle maintenance items to address and will need guidance from you 4x4 folks.
Only difference is going to be changing the fluid in the t-case, and front axle. T-case I think uses ATF, front diff gets 80W90, or 75W140.... (I would go with the 80/90.....) Check the front axle boots as well.
Aside from fluids, filters, hoses, and belts, what 4x4 specific items should I address? This is my first 4x4 (not counting my brief ownership of a Jeep Patriot Latitude), so this is some new territory.
Well, the spare should be the same size too.....

Is Rock Auto still a good place to source parts? I've heard some horror stories about quality. I prefer either Daily Driver or Premium and never Economy. If anyone can recommend better parts sources, I'm open to suggestions.
Rock Auto carries many brands. Just be careful which one you pick. Unfortunately, for our older vehicles, choices/availability are diminishing with time. A fair few of the OEM parts just aren't out there any more.
Any specific brands you would recommend? I'm thinking suspension, brakes, bushings, etc.
