The blueish light is an LED and it's for the turn signal. Which is illegal by the Frenchy! Well, maybe not, depends on Michigan laws, but I'm almost 99% sure they are illegal. In Florida, you're turn signals MUST be amber. Mine are illegal too, I have the white LED's.
they're either HIDs or SilverStars...my guess is HIDs, but only Frenchy can confirm that. The "normal lights" are just that...normal, though I'd imagine they're upgraded bulbs too.
Frenchy, care to enlighten?

The headlights are on the inside. They are the white ones, the blueish ones are the turn signals.

Ok, the bluish lights are actually only that blue in the pictures, they are more of a whitish color in real life.. which by Michigan's laws, is ok, as long as they aren't straight blue, or straight red, white or amber is fine.
Now onto the headlights and fog lights, they are both Silverstars... I may upgrade to like a 7000K HID system though, so the running lights don't look so out of place.

Those LEDs have 3 high power LEDs and I believe 24 regular 3mm bulbs firing to the side and backwards, correct me if im wrong on those models. I had the White LED bulbs on my truck for over a year, and never got pulled over. When I went with HID headlights though I had to go back to amber because the HIDs were so bright they flushed out the white leds. Always a good idea when switching to HIDs, stay under 8000k. The nationwide law is that if a trooper stops you, puts a piece of white paper in front of your headlights and it turns up blue, you're gonna get a HEFTY fine for not having "white" headlights. LEDs native color is blue so it'll show up bluish in the pic. They look great french toast!
