But the all important question is, have you been able to snowmobile most of the winter? If the answer is yes I'm very jealous...

 

I'm not complaining...

I'm pissed thatI put my summer/street tires on, and it started snowing.

 

i went to alaska this summer. i went to jueno, ketchikan, and skagway....i know the normal 19 year old would want to go elsewhere, but i guess im not 100% normal...i actually got a job offer to help work a tourist dog sledding camp this summer because i was so interested in it....i cant though, i really wish i had time to go up there. it really is gods country...i plan to visit as soon as i can, ive become infatuated with alaska....ive always wanted to go and my trip was way more than i could have asked for, if i had one day to live and could visit one place, i would be in alaska. except next time i would like to visit but not on a cruise...it was very nice, but id like to be able to spend more time up there

OMG Nightrunner I am so jealous Alaska is my dream vacation. I have wanted to go there since I was 18 (went to Australia when I was 17).

No, we haven't been able to snowmobile...because we snow MACHINE up here.

 

Lol, indeed. Back in Maine it's 50/50 for people who call them a snowmobile and people who call them a snow machine. I used to go all the time, sadly I sold mine when I got into college, just don't have enough breaks to make it worth keeping. I'm glad I did now, every time I go home there's almost no snow.

We've hardly had any snow stick around this winter. We only really got two major storms...the Valentine's Day ice storm stuck around for a week or so and the 2nd was a foot of snow on March 16 (a Friday), and that barely lasted through the weekend.

I think PennDOT may have salted the roads for the few snow squalls we've had the last day or so. I have salt streaks up the side of my truck.

I'm not amused.

 

my friend in MN said they barely had any snow this past winter too, when they usually get a ton of it. They have snow mobiles up there and use those during the winter....i'm pretty much jealous of all of you who actually get snow! we get...uh...air? actually we got some rain, not much though!
