Cuz you put the decal on, and then PAINT where there is no decal, and then peel off the decal...

ya, just as long as you are careful when pealing it off because sometimes the paint wants to come off too.

wet sanding is great, and messy. I love messy things... like fiberglass dust after sanding. **itches arms and neck**
