I just got my 2" lift for my dak! Got the trailmaster leveling kit for the front and 2" lift the rear. I talked to my x wheel drive shop and the mechanic sounded confident on being able to fit 33" tires, he's got some at his shop to try and see if they do fit once the lift is on.

Which lift did you got for the rear?

 

I think your going to need to trim the wheel well in the front, the rear inner part, on full turn. Say the driver side and the wheel turned left all the way, you will see what I mean. I got 32s and they just fit. Not a big deal at all so a quick trim and the 33s will fit. (i have 2" lift)
