Agreed it should never be passed off as what its not... But neither I nor Scottscan are trying to pass anything off for what its not... we just like the looks.

 

night runner i understand what your saying .thanks forwhat you wrote, i agree totally. when i sell this truck i will pull this stuff off anyway. and if someone ask me about it , i would be quick to tell them it a laramie . i just really like the sport truck look. not eventryingto pass it off as a real r/t. i was up front with you guys about it being a clone from the start ..thanks everyone for all your positive commets and questions , you guys are pretty cool.

 

i know u werent trying to say it was a real r/t...i was just clarifying the situation in general...as for if u sell it with the decals on or off, it doesnt matter but most definately the new owner should be notified that it is a replica...like i said, i wasnt trying to bash or post that toward you as if u were doing that, i was just talking in generalities

i undertand everything your saying and i agree . as for resell i have always traded at the dealship, i think they would just take it off any way.

i might have to replace them this summer with some kling's design stuff. the general public in this city hates the military and i feel like my truck is a target now. we'll see.

 

This is why I've been trying to come up with my own insignia. I went with SUPER DAKOTA on my decal. It's original, and it's how I feel about my truck. So, maybe I should come up with some badges that say S/D.... Hmmmmm.

That's how I personalized my truck. When I get some money, I'm going to do more to it with the emblems for the seats, visors, maybe the hood, etc.
