Yea well I painted my bumper black to match the rest of the truck and it looks like crap. The paint is peeling off of the chrome strip. I was very careful with the prep work too. So I am going to let the pro's do my grille. Most of the cost is in the prep work and the fact that it is plasticthey are going to cover the entire grille front and back.Plus all the sanding and buffing to make it shine I have very little patience for that.
Hey Trucky thats pics of my truck on eBay for Fig Grilles. I have the first set made on my truck. They've been on a awhile, powdered coated gloss black and held on with high tensile wraps. Finish is still good and fit is still snug. Nice to see you back on here and have your truck back.

Yeah I like the way it looks too! Go for it Trucky. As far as those Halo Lights, I'd just black out the stock ones and put HIDs in it or something to make it brighter.
Yea I posted about it before and got the you can go to hardware store and get gutter mesh and do it yourselfreplies. The inserts this guy sells are pan shaped and its heavy duty expanded mesh aluminum and held on by wire ties. I had to drill like 6 holes for each panel but you have to get on your hands and knees to see how they're attached. I'm sure if your not comfortable with the ties you could use screws or rivets.I installed them last fall,so far so good. Here'ssome pics of the set up I made to pop the latch.
