I dont know about all of this testing, but from what I have personally noticed... I gained a little MPG when I went to my intake setup... I feel it is due to the denser intake charge from the colder air... I dont really think it helps with power by its self. after a freer flowing exhaust though, I suspect it does...

From the looks of the chart isnt the WIX the best? the ACDELCO is a constant increase while the rest seem to be signifigantly restrict less starting out. The WIX seems to intersect with the ACDELCO only at about the time you would need to clean the element anyways. I have no idea where you'd be able to purchase either but just going by the chart thats just my interpretation.
