I say make an SRT AWD dak with the 6.1 hemi... that thing would kick ***...
No arguements here. If gas prices would become reasonable, and I had a job, I'd have to think about it.

sure they would make it, but they would detune the snot out of it. remember when chevy brought back the ss454 in that junk pick up. what was the horsepower 200. what good is that. emission just kills everything. i am curios to see how good that dak is going to be against mine. would be pretty said if an 05 eats up an 08.

The 318cid & the 360cid where bullet proof reliable but heavy and low hp.
The 318 at best was 230hp and my 95 Dak was rated at only 220hp. The 360 at best was 245hp (RAM) to 250hp (DAK) a mere 10 to 15hp over the standard 4.7. No Dak engine was rated as high as the 4.7 HO @ 260hp. The 360/5.9L has the support of the Mopar performance group as they make crate 360s and performance parts for this engine. The 4.7 as it stands today has no support what so ever from Mopar performance. I have seen the 212 cam kits and other third party vendor’s performance 4.7 parts but they are way expensive. To build the 4.7 to around 350hp would cost you beyond any sensible worth.

SRT with a 6.1 would be sweet!
