As you can see from the debris in the bed, I haul stuff. I have hauled more or bigger stuff at least 1/2 dozen times since I bought this(i bought the extender and the truck at the same time) in march. From what I can tell, I'm not the typical dak owner. The truck is always dirty, it doesnt have any options, besides v8 and 4x4,andI max out it's payload at least once a month.this thing is not for just in case. It is very handy and it comes out very easily(one hand). Nice for long baords. It hauls 12 footers nicely, they stick up out the back and stay in place when they are resting on top of it.

it is usefull if you carry wood or other camping equipment. even though the tail gate is not suppose to support anything heavy but if you transport large objects it is a neccessity. plus it would help securing the stuff if ever a tie down would to break or let loose

Rookie, I'm of the same breed when it comes to my truck. I work it all the time. Its an 06 and I got a few dents in the tailgate top already. Everything on my truck, and all its additions is for pure function. Just the work/protection stuff needed like the bed liner, bed rail caps, mud flaps, tie down anchors, blah blah. Whats a truck for right?

Ive run outa room though. Usually length. Damn if you never run out of room, you probablly arent using your truck for work. (not that theres anything wrong with that) This truck is the perfect size for somone who doesnt want to buy a full sizer for whatever reason. I could always use more bed space though. I want a bed extender myself, but there a damn rip off. That thing shouldnt be more the $100. I could build my own out of wood really, it just wouldnt be as cool.

I just use the trailer if I need more space. I do that frequently, especially since the cap limits the size of objects I can carry a bit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you have a thread called "pictures" and only have like one pic in it... why not just update that thread with new pictures instead of make another thread with just one picture as well?

Trying to save bandwidth here people.
