customercare@bushwacker.com Joey Cambria replied to my querry that they do not make fender flares for 05 club cab only quad cab! May 9, 2011 10:15AM

the bushwacker for club cab will fit the ext cab except that you will have a dent for the fuel cap...and the stock flares from Mopar fits the newer model!
