throttle body
Well if you just get the same diameter as the stock one you won't need to get a diff coupler because it only changes the style of the bore from being a conved shaped bore to a straight bore... this will improve your performance...
As far as what size you should get really depends on what you want to do with your truck and how you want it to perform...

okay i understand what your saying...but go to the website... www.thefastman.com which Throttle Body is it? cause there is only one that says 2003-up 4.7L that takes it from a 68 to71mm...the rest of the applications are 2001 only and then 2002-2003....do i need to ask him which one would fit my motor???? thats what i'm asking cause i see the one to where it says 68 to a 68.5 and thats only for a 2001~!

Order the one for the 2003 and up and on the order form If I remember there is a place for comments. Just type in your truck information and the size throttle body you want. Thats what the fastman told me to do. I ordered mine about a week and a half ago.
thanks man i appreciate that so i did do it right...thats good! hey where did you get your head light covers?? those look pretty good man no joke...but i think i'm gonna get mine tinted so i won't have things sticking up you know! but yeah man the truck looks good!
