you can get the insert but its like $300

 

all you need to do is go to the dealer and find a truck with the chrome insert and write down the vin # bring it to the parts dept so they can look up the number and order you one. it is a simple piece that bolts to the plastic bumper. you will need to remove the plastic cover to make the necessary slots for the install.

You can get great steelies painted gloss black at summit racing for like $30 a piece. Its the way to go.

 

I just ordered My primed bumper from the dealership for 225. So I seriously doubt that the chrome insert would run more than tan......maybe 100 bucks tops.

 

I belive there was a few that priced it and said it was high

 

250 is the cheapest I found it (and that was dealer cost). I got in a minor fender bender the other day and have to replace my front bumper and chrome piece, so im just getting the solid bumper no chrome

 

was that 250 for the whole bumpercover and the chrome piece? I was just saying that the chrome piece alone can't be that much.
