Default dealer replaced shocks....

And they are no better than the originals. I had the dealerinstallnew shocksunder warranty on my 06 trx4, it only has 8500 miles on it.The shocks worked fine 95% of the time, but when you hit any big bumps on the HWY the front end would bounce upto three times before settling. So I can't wait for the aftermarket...please would someone get some out.

How are the rides from all of you that have put on leveling kits, any better?

Herk, i know that bouncing is annoying. But if i remember correctly, the new gen daks we designed to "float". i have the leveling kit and it does give me a slight stiffer ride. But i still do get that floting.

im glad to hear that, i would like it, but like i said. i heard it can put a lot of stress on our front suspension, especially with rough roads and off roading is like a nono....do you stay on the street all the time or what? out here in ok, we have some of the worst roads, and i dont got hardcore offroading, but im off the beaten path every week

I take mine off roading all the time. I have had it max flexed out as well. A tire off the ground and everything. and no problems. Ive been able to park on some nice rocks as well. and still no problems.

Now the old TM kits were not to go off roading or anything like that. the old kit sat atop the strut mount, the new ones sit below it atop the spring but below the cap.
