Default Has anyone tried this setup ?

I found this the other day and wondered if it would be worth the money.

Pretty much everything I've read about the throttle body spacers says you're about as well off using it to prop your front door open as you are putting it on your truck. I agree with Eric, save up and get the Fastman TB instead.

That and the UDP. I wouldn't wast my money. THey can say that it's dyno tested all they want. I don't believe them.

Ok, now that my bubble has been totally busted... I need to pull what little bit of excitement back in and direct it to the Fast Man TB.

If I install one of these, what other immediate mods would need to be made ?

Well when you're thinking about intake mods remember that your intake and exhaust systems work together as a total package. For the best performance you'll want to remove restrictions along the whole line, Cold air intake, TB, and a less restrictive exhaust is a good start. From what I've been told the stock cats and exhaust manifolds on our trucks actually flow pretty decent if your not doing a ridiculous buildup, I think Superdak knows more about that though so it wouldn't hurt to ask him.

Basically, just a CAI, exhaust, TB, and chip will do what you need. If you want, you can also get a different set of gears for better acceleration. If you still have money left after that, start doing suspension work if you want, up or down (I prefer up).
