No not at all this was the first time i've worked with sheet matal. i just bought a small sheet of it at the harware store and cut it down with my sawzall aith a metal cutting blade and used a C clamp and a work bench and bent it my hand!. I 'd say it was pretty darn easy.

Sounds like a plan. I'll have to do something like that and then get it power coated.
