Yeah many engines can go for way over 200,000, its not that uncommon.

 

we have two 89 gmc shop trucks with 350's in them they are sitting on 277k and 296k, then my grandpa has a 96 suburban with a 454, its sitting on 300k. but he just baught an escalade so.... the suburban dont go out much

Just made my first ebay buy since it was a local sale. Bought my son a 1990 Ford Bronco II Eddie Bauer 4WD. It wasn't running and the girl didn't have a clue as to what it needed. Paid her $500 bucks towed it to the shop and put in a $140 ignition coil. Started right up on the first crank and runs perfect. Only 44K miles on it too!! Pretty damn happy with my first ebay car experience. Good luck with the Celica!!

 

Ya, so we got the wheel bearing replaced, car is quiet, and safe to drive again! Wahoo....

While I ws in payign for getting the bearing punched out and pushed in, I was talking to the lady who basically runs the store, and she showed me some paint and what not, she said, I can get a gallon of paint, reducer, and a gallon of clear coat, for about 200 - 250 dollars...

I'm thinking, I'll have a friend who works at a body shop, go and pick the paint up for me, and then it should only cost about 100 - 150 dollars...

But Im REALLLY thinking, darker metallic blue, with a single offset white, or silver stripe, body length...

What do ya's think?
