I drove for about a month in snow with my summer tires...
Just gotta know what you're doing... harder than heck to stay straight with them, if you don't know whats up...
I drove home from school one time, I was doing 40... cuz there was about 5 inches of snow on the ground, and here I come, putzin along with my 20s on it...
I felt like dying!

I haven't looked for sizes, ratings, etc but I had some Blizzaks on my Sentra that came in a 195/60/15. Stock size is 215/45/17. For a true snow tire you want narrow and taller to "cut" thru the snow. I have the steel rims on the truck and may get a decent set of alloys for summers and use the stocks for winter tires.

These look like they have plenty of traction. Yes, I know you can't judge traction by looks but still...

Those look like awsome snow/ice tires.
Here in Dallas, we get an ice storm avery 2-3 years and I have a much better way of handling it - CALL IN SICK or work from home.

If so, these are NOT winter tires. They would be a good choice for a single set of tires but the author is looking for Summer and Winter tires. These aren't either.
