Question
He was responding to what Eric said. Basic synopsis: His keychain got wrapped around the key, he hit it while driving and accidentally turned the key off.
It's very easy to do, our keys are huge and they don't require a lot of effort to turn them, I've accidentally brushed mine with my hand before and shut it off while driving.

ok, so i left stillwater today, and the light was off. about 50 miles into the trip, i was going 75-80 on the turnpike and the light comes back on. at that point, i was about half way home. about another 20 miles and the turnpike turned into regular highway. i got off one highway and transitioned onto another. so im going 50 as im speeding up to get on hwy 169 and my engine started to fluctuate multiple times per second between 2500 and 2000 rpm's. i mean the needle was back and forth real fast. it was almost as if there was a limiter in which it wouldnt let me accelerate past 2500 rpm. so very slowly i crept up to the speed at which traffic was flowing and im sitting a little uner 2000 rpm. i decide to try and pass someone and boom, the same thing happened. i baby it to my girlfriends (about 12 miles closer than my house). at the time it was about 430pm. we hung out all night and went places, but took her car (she has a black jetta). as i got in my truck to crawl home, the light was still on, i babied it to speed, everything seemed normal. i got to 65 and gave it some gas to see if it was still acting up, 2500 rpm came and went just like normal and it drove fine all the way home.
now, the light is still on, and in the morning i will run my dads diognostics computer on it. i contacted my local dodge dealer here in town before i got to my gfs house and they are expecting my truck. they have no clue what it is however, and havent had anything come in like this. im at 24,500 miles. i have what i thought was the 100k warranty, but i was wrong, its the 75k warranty. either way, its bumper/bumper.
so wtf do you guys think is the problem? everything is up to date
