thats looks sweet. I did the same thing on my 82 ram where they stick out of the hood. I used 2 red leds in the eyes.

 

that's a fun idea when I get my truck back from the body shop and have to reconnect my bumper LEDs, it might be fun to do it in the rear emblem, and hook them up to the turn signals, so when i turn on my right blinker, the right eye blinks, and the left, left eye, and stop, both. weeeeeeee!
