Default HVAC fan acting wierdly

I was driving on the highway and the fan started acting real wierd. While the ac was on even when it is on high it didnt seem to be pushing out any air. But if I shut down the fan and then turned it back on it worked for about 2-4 seconds then went back to blowing almost nothing out. Get to the house and turn the truck off then back on and it works perfect? Checked fuse it was fine, any other ideas?

Sounds like your evaporator was icing up. Had this happen on a few cars that I used to own in Ohio Sometime this can be attributed to low Freon levels.

Yea to be honest i looked at the Evap by the fan and there was alot of condensation. How can I determine how much freon needs to be in the system? I think that I may be low also.

If there wasn't any ice on the evaporator coil or suction line,I would say it didn't freeze up.
We have HCFC R-134A in your A/C system you need a set of guages,I think the pressure is under10 PSI.

May still be under warranty. 5 year 60K on the Raider. If so take it to the dealer.

It's not freezing up. If it was it would blow hot air. It must be a problem with the fan, or the resister(controls fan speed), or the A/C head unit.
