led problem................
so i ordered 24 led light bulbs for the brake lights and i installed them. I come to find out when i went to use my turn signal they wouldnt work, lol dont understand why, anyone have a problem like this before, anyone have any answers to why this would happen?

oh yeah that's a good point! I did the same...those splicers they come with suck. Also, MAKE SURE you get the right wire. Uhm....just check with a multimeter which circuit flashes on and off when you turn on your flashers to see which wire you need to splice into.

Just a heads up. When I got my resistors, my lights still didn't work. I found that those little splicers they give you wouldn't cut through the insulation. So, I ended up snipping, stripping and butt connecting.

Yes, a direct splice works great. The resistors get very hot, but can be mounted to the bed via the little wing with the two holes. When you pull out the taillight, look straight in and you'll see it. Just don't make your splice too close to the bulb. That way you'll have enough wire to work with next time you have to pull the taillight assembly out to change a bulb or whatever.
