Is your cap one of those all commercial caps with the ladder racks, tool compartments and such? I could see one of those being more than 200 lbs., especially loaded. If not, I can't imagine it's more than 150-200 lbs.
Wizard - you don't need to be at factory height to install your bags. Once your bags are on - you will need to keep at least 5psi in each one at all times. So I would install them at your current ride height and then when you put 5psi in them, you will be close to factory height when you are done. If you raise it first and then install them and add 5psi - you will sit a little higher than stock and have the front end low. It will feel weird driving it. I wish I knew this when I did mine. Now I need to add a level kit to get the truck back to normal.
Also, from personal experience - install the drivers side first. I found that when I did mine - I did the passenger first and when I went to do the driver's side I couldn't line it up in the exact same place because the brake cables were in the way. I had to undo the break cables and move the bag slightly to mount it. This forced me to run separate air lines for each bag and adjust the pressure to keep the truck level from side to side. When the truck is empty, I have 5psi in the passenger side and 8psi in the drivers. When I load it down - I have to offset them a full 5 psi to level the truck. I will eventually fix this by moving the passenger side bag so they are the same, but since I don't want to drill another set of holes in the frame - this will require me to weld them up instead of bolting them. Welding isn't a big deal, I own a welder and I'm competent with it, it's just time consuming and I have a lot of other projects going right now.
I hope all of this helps - sorry for such a long post.

If you still need the measurements let me know, I have an 05 club cab 4x4 with the front leveling kit but that shouldn't affect the back height. I can't get anything till tomorrow when I get my truck back from my friend's place tho, too drunk to drive it home tonight.
