SO WHO HERE remembers when I was building my own toolbox? Yeah that flopped BIG TIME!

ANYWHO I went out today and bought a pre-made black diamond plate toolbox! Made by DeeZee and got it at PepBoys. My friend Nick got one too for his Ram and loved it so I got one as well. I installed it when I got home, pretty good way to organize all I have to put in there. Tools, paramedic kit, fire extinguisher, shovel, computer supplies, all that good stuff. Pics below!

That looks good i was going to buy the same exact one but when i measured it seemed there would be a huge gap in between the bed and toolbox. but yours doesnt seem to be that bad

 

Typically companies design that in there so you can still fit ladders and stuff in the bed, just slide em under the toolbox.

No Altair, i didnt word it right i mean from the bed rail to the side of the tool box it seemed to there was going to be to much of gap but i think im going to go buy it now seeing it on his truck its not that bad.

I just installed a 16" LED lightbar I had leftover from a project I did on a friend's truck a while back. I had wiring run to my bed from my cargo lights already, so when my cargo lights come on this comes on as well.
