Fastman TB and Jet 2
I have both in my truck and I have the V8. I noticed some gains between the two of them. Unfortunately, with the Stage II you need to run 92 octane for it to get better performance, and with gas prices as high as they've been, I've been running either 87 or 89.
My wife noticed a difference. She felt like she had gotten whiplash from taking off. It's a good system. Go through Fastman (http://www.thefastman.com) for your TB. He's a lot less expensive than anyone else and he does exactly the same thing.

on the v8 it is a really good set up. with the larger tb truck seems to move out sooner then before using less gas. and on the highway with the cruise on it is great. most of the trucks that dont have the tb.and the cruise is on they fall back about 6-8 miles per hour while going up a small incline before it kicks down into passing gear. with the aftermarket tb. it maintains the speed while going up the hills. the chip helps control the shift points and maintains a constent 14.5 - 14.6 air/fuel ratio.
The throttle body is well worth the investment. If you get it from the fastman you get 80 dollars back when you send him your old throttle body so it costs like $ 180 not bad for about 10 horsepower.
