Uhmm, also make sure you remove the little metal pole that connects to the door, first time I did mine, I bent it... badly...

Take it off, and you should be golden.

Thanks guys, I am familiar with window cranks and such, just wanted to make sure nothing changed because I have never torn into anything this new.
