Aim Industries AKA Airbagit
I purchased a lowering kit from Aim Industries in Dec 2006. Nothing but problems and Aims answer is "do not turn so sharp"! The problem is the sway bar hits the rim of the wheel chewing it up. I battled them for over 8 months and they finally told me they would not talk to me anymore. I solved the problem with wheel spacers! Then one of the struts broke and they forced me to pay for a new one, said there was only a 60 day warranty! When the part came in it was different and I had waited almost 3 weeks for it, no truck as it was torn down. I called and was told they had changed the design and I would have to pay for a strut for the other side. I was stuck! I am now out almost $2,000.00 dollars for parts and labor and still am not behind the wheel. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE,ARROGANT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY! DO NOT BUY ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS-!! Customer service is not in there vocabulary.
