Well, I was in the market to purcahse tires, and finding them to be very expensive for winter. Then my friend offered to me, his old Nokian WR's. Well, after some research on these tires, I discovered that in Canada (Possibly North America) they are the only all season tire that has the severe snow rating. Even more research showed these tires are really winter tires made in Finland, but they put the All Season label on here, as to not confuse customers. These tires even by the Government of Canada website are all listed as winter.

Had them on less than a week, had a heavy rain fall..... My old tires, my truck would be slipping around everywhere, peeling away from every intersection. With these damn tires on, I could not even break them loose. I cannot wait to see what they are like in snow. The POS OEM tires I will put back on in the spring to finish wearing them out.

Here are some pics

You want to get a set of BF Goodrich all terrain T/A's, they have been around forever and have proven themselves very well...

I like the look of the bf goodrich a/t ta ko's but they are way too much money. When its time for new tires i'm going to go with general grabber at's. They are supposed to be good tires and are a lot cheaper than the bf goodrich tires.

Well, any northern Canadian can tell you BF and all the other big name, any auto store tires are garbage....(For most of their general consumer tires)

I laugh, as right now the commercials are all showing these tires doing amazing things on snow, ice, and rain. Its pure trash. Anyone who knows anything can tell you, even winter tires, they are either great at snow, or ice, or rain, but not all three. They can provide average or ok. It is not different than an all season tire, it provides average abilities in all weathers. Nothing great or fantastic. So, I think the guys on here hit it right in some other threads..... buy what looks nice on your ride. Also, I was toying with the idea of getting the Toyo's, but when I get a set of 4 brand new tires that retail for about $200 CAD a tire (thats $205 American...hahaha, just kidding, but I had to take a shot) I would haev been an idiot to pass it up.
