the ex-GF bought me these right before we broke up and woo-hoo for me I got to keep them......problem is she bought them on ebay (no idea from which seller though) and there aren't any usable instructions with the package (they tell me that black is neg and red is pos [:@])

questions are.....are they decent quality (know its difficult to say but hoping someone recognizes the packaging) and if so how to install since its not exactly plug and play

oh, I've attached them to a 12v power supply and best I can get is a strobe effect from what looks like the smaller bulb

anything?
