the frt end is butt ugly, i like the sun roof, which i have got one, curious to see the dyno numbers stock.gotta be around 235-240 to the wheels. these dodge drivetrains eat up alot of power

that's cool. what kind of mpg are you getting? and how's the performance ? it should move with the new horsepower. do you have any mods in mind ? (you should start a new thread about your 2008 with pics) we are interested. with the new front end , new interior,more horsepower and many improvements. i just love the new fold up cargo baskets that are coming in the quad cabs !!!! going to have to get some part # , and get some for mine.

as far as performance I love the power it has but I'm only averaging 14-15 mpg in town and 18-19 highway. I do have some mods in mind like the air intake and exhaust. I'm currently building a sub box as well. I have to check with the dealer about warranty issues with the intake and exhaust mods.

what fold up cargo baskets? I didn't get any. [&o]

The bed of the truck does have movable strap hooks though that I use all the time.
on this pic look along the top of the bed you'll see a movable hook above the wheel well and another above the rear stationary hook.

 

No offense to the 08 owner, but round out the front and back ends, save the hard lines from the a pillars to the head lamps... and you would have a raider. IMOT

 

funny you should say that, my neighbor has one, and he almost gone an 08 dak but they didn't have one, so he got a raider. sadly, you are kinda right. That's the auto industry for you though.
