K well before i left out of state for the Holiday i decided to change my t stat well to my surprise when i took the t stat hose a big srping fell out. SOME ONE PLZ TELL ME WHAT IT WAS DOING THERE.
first thing that comes to mind is that maybe it was there, to keep the hose bendable, yet sturdy so that it didn't kink or collapse....just a thought..maybe someone else has a better idea why
YEah the t stat was fine and thats what i thought that either the t stat had gone bad or that it kept the whose form bending but i dont know i was hoping one of yall would know or had found the same thing ill take a pic of it when i get home and post it so yall know what im talking about
it probably supposed to be in the bend of the hose to keep it from pinching/collapsing. depending on its length, it may also be only a piece of a larger spring thats still in the hose.
