*Update* Blower Motor
Well i had the blower motoron just too see if it would ever just turn on and it did!, i was at complete stop then i reversed to check out something and hit a BUMP and it came on,that'sa short somewhere right or could that be the fuse, or maybe the connection on the blower motor, i know on my original post, sharp shooter said something about a Resistor? What's that and where is it, could it be that, Any input would be really appreciated thankyou.

I had two blower motors that did that in my 95 DAK and one in my Caravan. I use to carry a rubber mallet in the Caravan to reach under the dash and tap the motor base to get it going. That went on for about six months until the motor wouldn't respond anymore. I replace it myself. The motor Commutator becomes full of partials from the HVAC condensation and needs to be banged on to get it past the bad spots. The motor is presses together and can not be services. A new on runs around 110.00 for my caravan three years ago.
Come to think of it my 95 Silverado would do that occasionally, I'd just tell the passenger to give it a good kick or lean over and do it myself. That was also the preferred solution for any squeaking coming from the blower

If you hit a bump and it comes on, it sounds like a short, bad connector, or a bad motor contact (contacts) if its the later, the motor is toast.
If you need help tracking down the short, I suggest getting the service manual from the top of the page, it will provide some wiring schematics and should help you out with colors of wires and such.
My dad's 98 ram was doing that this summer. Nothing worse than going to get into the truck after a long days work at the ship yard and have the A/C not kick on in the truck. For weeks we tried everything to get it to work, it would come one sometimes, sometimes it would not. Finally one day while I was under the hood I turned on the A/C and it did not work, so I gave the power distribution center under the hood a good tap and whoosh! She came on. The relay had a bad connection so hitting it did the trick.
in the gen 2 daks there is a motor resistor under the glove box on the floor by the passengers feet which would go bad, they did fix the problem and make the resister "meatier", and if its intermitten then it might be a loose connection on the resister, or a bad motor, but the resistor would either kill it completely, or kill everything except the high setting
