Anyone with an 06/07 SLT
Can anyone with an 06/07 SLT PM me with their VIN? I am trying to order the primered bumper cover so I can paint match it to my truck, and I only have the ST, and the guy online said he needed the VIN to order one for me. Thanks for your help.

there is no difference between the 05-06-07 bumper covers. you get it with the fog lights cut out or with out. why dont you just have the one on the truck done. only takes a day. unless your shop is backed up.

Ya, take yours off, get it sanded smooth, and then prime it, and paint it.
Or... buy a new one, they'll still have to prep it, prime it, and paint it.
So either you're gonna be out like 300 - 500 dollars for the first option, or about 800 for the second, and both will turn out the same.

Well, the primered bumper is only going to run me 85 bucks, and prep and painted at the same time as my whole truck, so they are going to do that at the same time, and include it. So I only need the VIN of an 06/07 SLT so I can order the bumper. Oh, and the 05 SLT's i think just came with the plain grey plastic bumper cover with the chrome strip, not painted.
