We had a bit of snow (2-3") on Wednesday. It wasn't too bad driving conditions, even though nothing was plowed, but I had a bit of trouble getting up the hill to get off campus. I don't have 4x4, but it wouldn't come in handy when the person in front of me stopped while climbing a hill. I had a lot of trouble getting going again. Outside of that, though, as long as I kept going, albeit slowly, things were fine. Just took an extra 40 minutes to get home from work.

Usually I throw some weight on the axles (sand bags) but I hadn't picked them up yet for this season.

You never heard of Bob's Big Boy restaurants? I thought they were all over the US seeing as how I knew them from when I was a kid out in California and they have them here in Ohio too all these years later. I think they faded-out of popularity for a while, but they had a big mention in an Austin Powers movie (I think it was the first one) where Dr Evil is flying around in a rocket shaped like their mascot.
