Default Rear Window

Like I said in my other post... alot of things have happened since I posted last... another big note is that my Rear window shattered in my Dak... I have the solid Rear window with the Defroster package... I went out to my truck about two weeks ago to go to work in the morning, and I looked at it, it was fine. I got in my truck, shut the drivers side door (just like normal I didn't Slam it shut) and the rear window just shattered on me...

Yeah, that blows. Is something like that covered under warranty or no?

yeah its covered under warenty for 1 year or 12,000 miles... so for me no... thats okay I was orginally quoted like $400 for the same window... talked to someone else they offered 285 (for the slider), then I called the first place back... they matched 285 but for the defroster...then I called the second place...they didnd't offer anything better... so I dropped my truck off and got a ride to school... I was called at school by my mom, apparently the second place called back and countered with 175...but by that time it was too late...

Still 285 is alot better than the $400 it was orginally qouted...

ya, the defroster is expensive, I quit loading the 4wheeler in the bed because of that.

Absolutely... I was talkin with Frenchy the other day over AIM and he said that it had happened to him last year with his DAK in the cold too... but that is just BS... so I most definitely will not be doing any mods til spring...
