My father is a volcano god and I am the ruler of a small tropical island!! I flew my own personal cargo plane to the states so I could get my uber-truck back to the island so all the peasents could drool over what a luxury ride I had...
We MAY have found the number to the Dodge dealer he is supposedly supposed to be service manager of, and his name MAY be Eric...
We'll find out what's up... if he is a service manager, well I feel bad for the people in his area that DO have to go to his dealer for repair work...

no kidding i would let my 4yr old work on my truck before him.not trying to start anything but he has no clue what he is talking about and all he says is "ummm so yea thats what i would do, ummm so yea" ohh well
just cause your a service manager don't mean you know everything....you know i like how all of you all are quick to jump to conclusions...really if you wanna lookat it all I do is make sure that people do there jobs and deal with the bitchy customers adn make sure they end up happy and coming back! so yeah
AWD is nice to have and when I ordered my 07 replacement, I upped for it but at the time, Dodge was not allowing the option until late spring of 07. It never happens anyway and they waited until the 08s. The only thing is I would like to turn off AWD at times and of course you can't. If someone offered me the swap, I would do in a heartbeat. I believe it would be easy to do being both are identical except for the inters and the dash switch. Of course, the puter will need to be flashed for the change. My concern for the totaled Dak T-case would be seal damage. Accidents sometimes put a hurting on Trans, eng. and T-case shaft seals.
the service manager at my shop had to know everything inside and out, he had to be able to tell the mechanics how to do everything. you know how many different kinds of semis are on the road plus equipment on jobsites? he was good. but also with us to get to service manager you had to hold a wrench and use it as in experience. guess not at dodge
