well... for 21 bucks you can get a 3/4 sheet of MDF and 25 bucks gets you enough charcoalcarpet to cover it...
My concern with that box is IF you get into an accident, whats holding down and keeping it from killing you/passenger?

what do u mean u wont be able to raise the bottom of the seat? meaning u wont be able to fold it up?

A couple things I've noticed about this enclosure and the thread about it.
The first thing I noticed from the pics is that it doesn't seem the box is attached to anything. Like it just sits there on the seat/floor. If that's the case, that's ghetto.
The next thing is, like Badass said, you lose your rear cupholders. For someone with a 6spd who only has one up front, I'd hate that.
For the guy that was asking about the seats not flipping up, it looks from the pics like you could still flip up the 40% side and have access to underneath. On the 60% side though, you would lose that since the enclosure sits right on the seat.
Also, this is definitely for 05-07 quad cabs. You can not only tell that from where it says Dodge Dakota Crew Cab 05 ( [&:] ) but it is definitely a GenIII by the pics from inside the rear of the cab. Hell, it actually looks like they could have used my truck. Two-tone grey interior and black outside. [
