So how pissed does that make you that it took this much trouble to get something so simple fixed?

I had a manifold leak on my 05 also and it took about five visits to the dealer to get it repaired. The poor quality of service is what ultimately got mine lemon'd.

Does anyone know if maybe there's a TSB on the manifold bolts? A few months ago I had my 05 QC in again for the front end noise (which they STILL haven't found or fixed yet) and they found a broken manifold bolt and replaced it. They said a lot of the noise was coming from that but of course their story was BS.

Hell, at least they found and fixed it.

It really terable that it took since 2500 miles for someone to finally figure out that manifold bolts where breaking off.
