tailgate light bar
i purchased mine from stylin trucks and it has lasted so far. no condensation or any lights have been out. simple to install. remove the tail gate and rest the lightbar on the rear bumper and push it on. it is held in place by 4 3m tape backing. so if it is crooked on the install you can simply undo that side and straighten it out. i just went for the regular light bar 49.99, the fire and ice which turns white while backing up is 79.99 but they look good at night.
hold on, ill get pics. and i know they "stick on" with 3m tape on brackets built into the light bar, but i decided i wanted it up an snug with the tailgate and hidden so i decided to drill it into the tailgate...so it bends with the gate...let me find my pics...also, i believe superdakotas (if i remember correctly) only has running/turn/brake lights. mine is called teh fire and ice and it has running/turn/brake/ and reverse lights. there is a new one in which has amber turn lights, and they scroll to the side your turning. its a cool effect, but im not down for the amber, also its quite a bit more...

i want to point out that unless you are at eye level with it and looking for it and close, you would never see the bar the way i snugged it up there. ive seen them where they stick out like a sore thumb

below are short crappy vidoes of it with the blinker on....if you look close, you can see that the led lights and the tails APPEAR to be off by a micro second. thats because leds light up and turn off faster and get brighter faster than regular bulbs. since, i replaced brake lights with leds and they are in sequence....also, i want it to be known that i didnt plug it into my pin connector, i hard wired everything
