Broke my leg....
Was waiting for my tax return to arrive so I could get my Autolites, FM-TB, and CAI. Planned on replacing all at one time. Tax return arrived Wednesday, broke my leg at work on Thursday. Am having to stay at my brother's house because I can't make the trip up the stairs to my front door, much less my bedroom and full bath on the 2nd floor. This blows! Damn workman's comp Dr.'s ain't worth a damn. Anyway, just needed to lament a bit to people who understand my frustration. AFLAC would come in real nice right now, too bad I don't have it.

That sucks dude...
When I hurt my back a couple months ago, I had to see a crappy workmans comp doctor... He told me it was a strained muscle and I should be able to "streach" it out... I did that one day and went in for X-rays because of a disc...
Pepsi pays workmans comp quick though, so I didnt have to bad of a time catching up on my bills.
Good luck with your leg.

Jay, I hope you get well soon. Good luck with the leg and that you will be home to your own house soon.
My wife is about to have surgery on her left hand for carpel tunnel and that is a workman's comp issue. She had the right hand done about 6 years ago. She worked for the Dept. of the Navy at time (where we used to live) and they paid her rather quickly. We are now back east and she works for the Dept. of Defense, so I hope the same thing holds true.
