Well I have a Dakota Club Cab 4x4 2007 with the 4.7L V8,but I love it thus far and its been 5 mo. You can see some of my pictures under my album.

 

Im do like my 07 Black Dakota 4X2 4.7 CC. I havn't drove it for about 30+ days now. Its on a boat to Hawaii. I just figured a dakota would be little more practical than a ram on the island. I decided to get it after my dad owning his 06 Dak for over a year now. He has always been a dakota owner. But i do think i made a smart purchase.

 

i cant complain, mine takes down most hemis with the minor changes i have done to it. couple more weeks and back to the dyno, got a little suprise waiting to be installed.

 

well thats good to hear, How about the gas mileage? I am getting bout 16 to 17 in town righ now?

What do you people do, drive with a feather on the throttle????

13.8 here the other day with my last fill up. That's about 70% city and the other on open road (not necessarily highway).

I get closer to 12 so don't feel bad. I am on E with about 220 miles in this tank LOL

Oh well, I'd rather enjoy the ride than save a couple bucks I guess

 

i once managed to get 8 mpg with my 01 3.9 (i know this doesnt really apply to your question but im proving a point) just by the way I drove. I can also get about 20 mpg mixed city highway driving if i really baby it all the time. It all goes by how you drive 95% of the time. Sometimes there are other issues though.

 

Hehehe. v8, 6spd, 4x4.... I get about 17 - 18 in town, and about 20 - 22 on the highway...

And that's being neutral on the throttle... I HAVE gotten 7, in town, but that's cuz I was cruising around in 2nd gear, going 30, for about 15 minutes...
