Just wanted to see if anyone here is from Missouri. I currently live in Alaska, but will be moving to Missouri in March, never been there before and just was wondering how it is there.

I'll be heading to Whiteman AFB in a town called **** Noster. Anyone ever heard of this town? Good, bad? My truck is getting shipped down there, and I'll be house hunting in that area so I was just curious about the area

 

Ok, well this is very beautiful country. Very rural. You're gonna be in the sticks man. Less than an hour to Kansas City or Columbia (Home to the University of Missouri). We have all 4 seasons in good measure around these parts. One great thing is that you will be close to The Lake of the Ozarks, so you'll have access to great fishing, camping, boating, and *ahem* good scenerey.
