Another stupid question here...why would you take out the headlight assembly to replace the bulbs??? When I did mine I got under the truck and reached up, no problem, about 2 minutes to complete the bulb replacement.

Speaking of headlights, kinda off the subject but not! Has anybody noticed there headlight beamsbeing a slight bit low? I bougth straight from a dealer. I dunno, I adjusted them a bit, now I can see better at night!!

One of my headlight assemblies broke when putting in Silver stars also. It let in moisture everytime I went through the carwash so I had to replace it. Learned that if you just change them from underneath you don't have to take the assembly out. I did have to adjust the beams up after the silver stars were installed.

Not since I installed the TM level kit and didn't bother aiming them down afterwards
