Port and polishing basically means the intake and exhaust ports are cleaned up smooth, to an almost shiny surface, allowing the air/gas mixture and the exhaust to flow easily through your engine thus increasing power. This produces less drag. A stroker kit basically increases your engines stroke mainly, and bore secondly.These kitsgive the engine more torque and power. As far as what combo of parts to use, you got mean.
