Cars you've owned before! Post Pics!
I thought it would be neat to see what kind of vehicles everyone has owned before your 3rd Gen Kotas, this goes for anyone else who reads this thread. If you have pics of your old cars post them. Here's mine.

This is my 1995 Dodge Dakota SLT Ext. Cab that I traded in for my current Dakota. I paid $6,000 for itand when I bought it had only 31,000 original miles on itand it had 42,000 miles on it when I traded it in. It had a 3.9L V6 with an auto trans and it was 2wd. Had all power options and was an all around good truck. I miss it and at time I wish I would have waited and traded it in later. Although I do like my 06.

This was my 1990 Chrysler LeBaron GT. I got this after my van was totalled in an accident in which my brakes went out. I paid $1,000 cash for it and it was the dirtiest thing in the world when I got it. With a little elbow grease I cleaned it up pretty good.It had a 3.0L Mitsubishi built V6 with anauto trans.I sold it for the same amount I paid for it when I bought the 95 Dakota. It had 72,000 miles on it when I got it and about 90,000 on it when I sold it. Had a few electrical problems, and the distributor on it was shot. Got tired of dinking with it.

This is the king of all vehicles. No not really, but people loved it for some reason and it got a few nicknames during its tenure as my daily driver. Nicknames included ******* Wagon, The Big Brown Turd, and the Love Machine. I used to work at Toys R Us and we carried radios, my coworkers often called me Captain of the Love Machine over the radio instead of my name. I found it amusing. Despite being a crappy old Ford that old Van brings back a lot of good memories. It was a 1981 Ford Econoline E150 Bivouac Conversion with a 351 Windsor small block motor and an auto trans. It had four captains chair's, rear heat and air, tables, and the back bench seat folded down into a bed. It had a real wood center console, but it didn't have any power options. Funny thing was the high beams switch for the headlights was on the floor to the left of the brake pedal. I never saw anything like that in a vehicle. It was a tough old beast, and I had a Thrush glasspack on it so it was somewhat loud rolling through town. I miss it just for the fact that it was so ugly it was fun. I paid $2000 for it which was probably a rip off but finding an old van that actually ran good, and everything worked in was pretty damn tough.

Well, this thread might be better suited for off topic, but since you said "before your 3rd gen kotas"...
I'll let it slide... for now.
Try to stay on topic on this one guys, no bashing or its moved. (just a warning... I dont want to move it.)

Well I started out with one of these for my first six monthes, this ones not mine just found it off the net. Mine looked exactly like this onewithout the light rack
We called it the omlet, and than I scambled the beotch...hehe
then I bought my first dakota, which I drove up until August 2007, it was like just under 8 yrs

During my ownership of the first dakota, I bought the Phuckus just as a second car, which I still drive when I am not driving the new beast.

Here are my three that I have owned previous to my '07 Dakota SLT.
This may look familiar to some on here. My previous ID on here BACKnBLACK and this is my '06 Dak that I had leased.

Before the Black Dak, I owned this 2002 Stratus R/T Sedan, the original SilverGhost. Great vehicle. In 4 years, I put 99,986 miles on it. It had a 2.7L V6 with a F-5 Short Ram Intake and Flowmaster exhaust.
http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r...634_8_full.jpg
And before the Stratus, I had a 1997 Avenger ES with 2.5L V, a Dreamspeed True Cold Air Intake with a Magnaflow exhaust, Konig 17" rims and Falken ZIEX tires. As you can see from the plates, this is what I had owned when we were still living in San Diego. This, by far, is the best car I have ever owned. It was never in the shop for anything but scheduled maintenance. I still miss this beauty.

Prior to the the Avenger, I owned a 95 Hyundai Scoupe and then a 1980 Ford Mustang. I don't have any pictures of those...at least not anymore.
