Functional?? We've gone through all the hoods, maybe its a functional shaker scoop??? Thats my last guess for the hoods. Man,

well, It is functional in the fact that it allows cooler air from outside into the engine bay...
I am going to post some pics of the scoop primed and painted... and just sitting on my hood.
keep in mind, the opening is not cut and it is not secured to the hood yet... just sitting there...
(so if its not centered, dont jump on me...)
as a last note, it wont be sitting on the center "rib" like it is now... there will be no gap between the scoop and hood...
