I am not sure, but should you switch to synthetic and then revert back to conventional???

kinda not good advice there....

I dunno I've been using Royal Purple since my truck's 4th oil change, and it's been running better it seems since then.... Could be superficial, but seems like it runs alot better.

I have Royal Purple and I think I'm using Fram TG could be Mobil 1, but I've never had any issues with TG's

And agreed with Eric, you should revert back
